
Conformal Coating IR curing oven
Basic Description
Infrared (IR) energy is a heat source commonly used to apply industrial coatings, like powder coating, paint and more. Infrared creates this energy with electromagnetic waves that can cure many products in mere minutes.
General of machine:
1.The in line curing machine (ICM Series) is idea for high volume curing production.They are easy to integate with different Conformal Coating machines.
2.Available in different lengths,they provide the flexibility to match your production requirements and feature robust construction and a streamlined appearance.
3.The oven is equipped with a unique downdraft exhaust design.Plenums below the conveyor rails,it will remove volatile organic compunds(VOC),which are typically found in comformal coating applications.This provides a safe operating environment when coupled to your external exhaust system
4.The upper cover can be lifted manually. So to maintain the heater easily.
Heating system:
1.The cure chamber achieves a thermally uniform atmosphere with special far infrared carbon silicon heater from Japan originally.
2.All the heaters can be adjusted height manually,so to get best heat performance for different products.
3.The inner tunnel of the oven is made of stainless steel which easy for cleaning.
4.Specially enlarged the heat-resistant layer to 100mm,prevent the heat lose effectively,so to save energy .
Electrical system:
1.PLC and color touch screen for controlling.It can store more than 50 groups of parameters in the touch screen.
2.PID for temperature controlling,temperature can be controlled under ±2℃.
3.Brand electrical component like Schneider (German) breaker,Omron (Japan) box breaker.It runs stable and lower noise.
Conveyor system:
At entrance and exit there are plate we can adjust the height ,so to prevent heat lose from both end.
Fine pinch mesh belt conveyor system.It able to carrier 20Kg products.
